Don't get CHAIN WHACK on Your Banshee. Buy a case saver! It's great insurance against catastrophic engine damage.
If (or when!) your chain breaks or comes apart, the front sprocket is still pulling the chain and the chain gets whipped or whacked against the engine case and this often breaks the case. This is called “chain whack.” Probably about 40% of the time, the chain whack breaks the case badly enough to make the engine case leak transmission oil.
DRW case savers completely encapsulate the chain area eliminating the possibility of the chain going anywhere other than its normal chain path. This reduces the risk of any harsh impacts or the chain doubling up - all while fully protecting everything in the area.
The cost of about $90 vs several hundred for a new case if your case is broken makes it a no-brainer.
Case savers go fast when we get them in. So if you are thinking's about getting a case saver, and we have them in stock - jump on it and buy it - or it may be gone!
