Shipping policy

Shipping Cost: 

The website will calculate the shipping charge at checkout.  Many of our products are bundled together in the order and shipping is calculated based on weight for the entire order.  Heavy or bulky items will likely have a flat rate charge. 

If you are ordering multiple bulky items, please contact us as we may be able to bundle these items with each other and save you some shipping.  Handlebars are a good example as we can fit multiple into the same long box. 

Where We Ship: 

We ship nationwide to the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Please check with us regarding shipping to other countries. 

Shipping Carriers: 

We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other ground carriers. We use USPS and UPS most frequently.

Time to Ship Out: 

Many orders are packaged and shipped the following business day.  If it will take longer, we will contact you. 

Pallet Shipping: 

Customers who order enough products can save up paid items, then have them shipped by pallet.  This can save on shipping costs compared to shipping several separate packages. 

If you plan on ordering a large amount of parts in several different orders, contact us to ask about pallet shipping. 

Shipping Arrival Times:

• USPS: Generally used for smaller packages. USPS is usually 2-3 days to anywhere in the lower 48 states. We generally ship smaller packages.
   
• UPS: Generally used for pallet shipments and larger packages. Shipping times vary, but here is a map of UPS ground shipping times to your area (as of 12/8/2023).
