Communication was outstanding — he always kept me updated and never left me wondering about the status of my bike.
The customer service was honestly the best I’ve experienced. He took the time to answer all my questions, helped me out multiple times when I needed advice, and even stepped up to help me last minute on a weekend. That kind of dedication is hard to find.
On top of that, his pricing is very fair for the level of quality and attention to detail he delivers. The work he did on my Banshee is top notch and you can tell he takes a lot of pride in what he builds.
