Re-Do Banshee is owned and operated by Virgil Payne. He grew up in Aumsville, OR and has been riding 3-wheelers and quads since he was a kid. Virgil and his wife bought Banshees when they were new and have put many hours on them. Virgil has been riding and turning wrenches on ATVs and other vehicles all his life. He learned from his father, who was a diesel mechanic for most of his working life. Virgil is a great resource of Banshee knowledge.
