Shipping Info

Shipping Cost:  The website will calculate the shipping charge at checkout. Many of our products are bundled together in the order and shipping is calculated based on weight for the entire order. Heavy or bulky items will likely have a flat rate charge.

If you are ordering multiple bulky items, please contact us as we may be able to bunder these items with each other and save you some shipping. Handlebars are a good example as we can fit multiple into the same long box.

Where We Ship:  We ship nationwide to the United States, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Please check regarding shipping to other countries.

Shipping Carriers:  We ship via USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other ground carriers. We use USPS and UPS most frequently.

Time to Ship Out:  Many orders are packaged and shipped the following business day.  If it will take longer, we will contact you.

Pallet Shipping:  Customers who order enough products can have them shipped by pallet.  This can save on shipping costs.  Contact us to inquire about pallet shipping.

Shipping Arrival Times:

  • USPS: Generally used for smaller packages. USPS is usually 2-3 days to anywhere in the lower 48 states.
  • UPS: Generally used for pallet shipments and larger packages. Shipping times vary.

LTL Shipping

We sometimes use this method to ship a whole Banshee. We strap it to a pallet on its tail end. We can add some other boxes or products around it. We shrink wrap it. A truck comes to our shop and picks it up with a lift gate. This can increase the shipping time, but it also lowers the shipping cost.

When we put a Banshee on its tail, it ships on a smaller pallet. The smaller footprint also reduces the shipping cost.

LTL shipping stands for less-than-truckload shipping, a method used to transport freight that does not need an entire 48-foot or 53-foot trailer.

How LTL Shipping Works
Shared Space: Multiple shippers share space on a single truck. You only pay for the exact portion of the trailer your cargo occupies.
Weight Range: Shipments typically weigh between 150 and 15,000 pounds or consist of about 1 to 12 pallets.
Terminal Network: Cargo is picked up, brought to a local terminal, and combined (consolidated) with other loads heading in the same general direction. It often moves through multiple regional hubs before final delivery.
