Shop Banshee 369 Engine Rebuild

Re-Do Banshee rebuilt this Banshee engine to 369 cc and posted it on our website for sale. With proper care and gas to oil mixture, this should be a strong running engine for years to come.

Our videos follow the engine build as it progresses. One video in the playlist shows why it's important to do a leak down test and what to do when it fails. Other videos show the engine passing its leak down test and heat cycling the engine on the test stand.

  • COMPRESSION:  190 psi (determines fuel recommendation)

  • CARBS:  Stock Mikuni with "MIC"
  • CARB JETTING:  320 main, 27.5 pilot. (varies based upon engine build and elevation)
  • NEEDLES:  5N7U needles for Stock Mikuni. 
  • NEEDLE CLIP SETTING:  Center Groove on Slide Needle
  • AIR SCREW ADJUSTMENT:  3/4-1 turn out for stock
  • FUEL RECOMMENDATION: Race Gas (110 Octane minimum to 116 Octane) for 150-200 psi
  • WATER PUMP IMPELLER:  Stock - or - Billet Aluminum
