• DMC Expansion Chambers are precision stamped using tough US sourced 18ga steel.
• We CNC machine our exhaust spigots and utilize OEM O-rings for an exact fit.
• DMC 998 Silencers employ T-6063 alloy extrusions, never low-cost round water pipe.
• DMC Silencer mounts are 6061-T6 billet alloy, CNC machined and incorporate a silicone rubber bushing to isolate engine harmonics. Some manufacturers bolt their silencers directly to the frame with thin sheet aluminum.
• DMC 998 Silencers are easily repacked using our full covered figure-8 pillow pack.
• Aerospace spec Hi-Temp O-Rings positively seal the Silencer to Midpipe junction while Hi-Temp Silicone pipe connectors seal the stinger/Midpipe junction.
• Black coated DMC Silencers utilize Type III Mil-Spec Hard anodizing to provide superior protection against fuel, fade, scratching, etc.
