Jet Sizes: #130 - #200
PWK 28 mm Carbs are great for the 350cc engines. The bigger the carburetors, the more top end - but less bottom end, so it depends on what the rider is doing. PWK 28 carbs usually work well for Banshee engines between 350-400cc. A good starting place for PWK 28 main jets will be #148 to #160. To be safe, it's best to start at #160 and work your way down until the spark plug color indicates proper jetting.
PWK 35mm Carbs work well with a 421cc Banshee engine or larger. A good starting place for PWK 35 main jets will be #152 to #165. Again, it's safest to start at the higher number and work your way down until spark plug color indicates proper jetting.
Main jets above #165 are generally for larger or higher compression Banshee engines.

Main Jets - Hex Type vs Round Type
Re-Do Banshee carries and recommends the Hex Type Main Jets over the Round Type. The Hex Type is easier to remove and install. It also has better markings on it.
